A Warm & Inviting Atmosphere for Your Furry Friends
We are pet friendly here at Tucker Property Management, although we do have a few requirements. The first is twenty pounds max for your pet's weight. We just can't make it work with a bigger animal. We would also like to have pet references. But typically we can get this from your previous landlord.
Pet Deposit Options
There are two options for the pet deposit. There is an option for a minimum pet deposit required of $500 as a one-time fee, or you can choose to pay a $250 deposit with an extra $25 charge per month for pet rent. We try to be flexible to whichever plan will work for you!
