Tucker Property Management has provided quality management services since 1995. This was when we purchased the first property for our portfolio and we have perfected our management services since inception. For a number of years, we managed properties for clients as well as our own properties. In 2013, the decision was made to concentrate on the portfolio and we no longer manage properties for clients. We realize that customer service and attentive maintenance is paramount to being successful. We make sure that we take care of our residents and provide them with a home and living experience that is quiet, safe and secure. Speaking of quality, we bring the same transparency and integrity to our marketing and social media. We will only promote and advertise our properties with accurate descriptions and photos. We will never show you a picture of a unit this isn’t the true representation of that unit. Unless it will look even better in person because the unit is undergoing a rehab or a remodel. And even then, that will be noted. We take this to heart, even offering our Tucker Property Management Quality Guarantee. We started offering this guarantee over 15 years ago because often we will pre-lease our units, meaning a deposit is placed to hold the unit before a new resident has a chance to see the finished product. When finished, the new resident does their walk-though and if for ANY reason, if they do not approve of the quality of the unit, the deposit is returned, no questions asked. And I am proud to say that in 15 years of offering the quality guarantee, not a single person has asked for their deposit back.
